pretty much since the second i wrote the last monthly update you have been a pure delight! the changes we had been anxiously waiting for finally happened and we can’t get enough of you!!

Your only downfall: sleep. Oooooh my goodness we are getting NO sleep, and it is starting to really exhaust mom. You are very good about going to bed at 7 o’clock every night, the problem becomes that you are waking up every three hours. Usually starting at 10:30, 1:30 and 4:30…. man it is too much for this age! Sometimes will wake up for the day at 5:30-6. no thanks! Napping has got a ton better this month. I can almost always guarantee that i will get one really long nap during the day and then some smaller naps. but some days two good naps and then a 3rd nap around 5 to get you to bedtime.

You are still such an awesome nursing and eating baby! You are so stinking chunky and we all just love it so much. I do always get concerned if you are getting enough but if i try to give you a bottle after nursing you aren’t interested. I’m guessing the nursing is what makes you want to be up all night with me…. but i know how fleeting it is! This month we also started letting you try foods! You are obsessed and always lunging at it. We’ve done baby food, pieces of crackers, potatoes, chicken broth, yogurt melts, and just little pieces of whatever we are eating. Take a bottle good for Nana and Crystal.

You have the absolute best laugh, especially giggling at your silly siblings! SO SO ticklish and we love to do it to you. Love sitting in the bumbo at the dinner table or kitchen when mom is working in it, enjoy your exersaucer and the birdie on it, beyond happy in your stroller going for walks with mom. Car seat is still a toss up and sometimes you aren’t for it.

working on a tooth you love having it rubbed, getting close to sitting up on her own( and on the day you turned 6 months did it!) Also on the day you turned 6 months started picking up bites and putting them in your mouth. Wearing size 2 diapers but size 3 at night, clothing varies 6 months for tops, 3 months for pants. super long girl so 6-9 months for jammies. Doctor appt had you at ****
