Man did we soak up this first year of your life. you have been pure joy to us since the second you arrived and man i really soaked you up. every time you wanted to sleep on me – i let it, you lived in the solly wrap and it was the best thing ive ever done. you nursed for a full year and i never take a bit of that for granted. your dimple and blue eyes have been melting our hearts since day one. we thank the Lord often for your laid back demeanor and love for your mom and dad and your home.

You love walks everyday with mom and Betsey. Like watching the dogs from afar, scream if they get anywhere near you! Enjoy being outside, love being on the trampoline with your siblings. Love pulling yourself up to the water table and playing in it. Very laid back getting dragged everywhere to bring your siblings places. Enjoy playing downstairs and in mom’s office with the dollhouse. Every good crawler, can make it up the stairs. Walks very well behind her walker – shouldn’t take long until she is walking on her own. Love to pull yourself up and stand by yourself from the floor. Love to put everything in your mouth, you are the master at finding Betsey’s pony tails. Cry your head off when we first drop you off at nursery.

Eating and sleeping you are perfect as long as we keep those dang ear infections away. Goes to bed at 7:30 and doesn’t wake up until around 7. Taking two solid naps a day. Started falling asleep on people in nursery on sunday. Nurses for sure morning and night and usually once during the day. coming around to the taste of real milk. like drinking water out of your sippy well. Eating you are an absolute tank! You never want to stop. eat well whatever we are having for dinner. if you dont like something you drop it off your tray. Breakfast is usually blueberries, pancakes, and sausage. lunch is whatever the kids are eating like mac n cheese and hotdogs. You have no end to wanting food but you do know the signs more and all done.

Say dada a ton, i swear you say Wyatt, we’ve heard ah-da (all done) mama and i swear you make the same noise when you see dogs. Good at communicating what she wants for a 12 month old. Very early teether and by first birthday had popped molars already. took you to chiropractor to fight off ear infections. you’re pure laid back joy. you tell us when you aren’t happy about something/someone.

Wearing clothes all over the place. usually 12 months, usually 9 month for pants. shes so tall that it is nice that shorts seasons is here. Doc Appt stats: still our tall girl! 31 inches tall which was 95%, head was shocker still 99.8% and pretty proud of you weight being 48% at 21 pounds. One very healthy little baby!
