If im honest i was just NOT myself this month. exhausted from the end of pregnancy, zero interest in doing anything fun which is SO unlike me, def a touch of winter blues/anxiety, and just hanging on.

EATING:

We went out to new restaurant in town TRIO *** Helped the neighbor girl learn how to do macarons.

Tried some new recipes including –

• cinnamon and sugar foccacia
• blueberry scones

Practicing:

Sleeping really went downhill this month with restless hot legs and just some insomnia. chiropractor mentioned magnesium glycerate so started that at the end of the month.

Consistency on scripture and 1 line a day went down…. gosh i was just not myself and let the devil get to me and hate that. still did it every once in a while but lost the drive. prayer life i def relied on tho!

Always practicing the consistency of getting outside for a mile a day. Didn’t have very often with the frigid temps and 10 inches of snow but between walking a mile and for it being a very cold month i think i got 9 and looking at last years it was an improvement and I am happy with that!

Obsessing:

USA vs Cananda hockey

But I am still in my obsessing over household swaps stage and finding new things to make from home. This month including making uncrustables from home. **

Recommending:

Keeping my sanity this month was Nourish Move Love. I finally 3 years ago found Lindsey and have never turned back. her workouts or TOUGH, shes a christian mom of 3 and its FREE. she’s got something for every stage and i have no excuse. i didn’t do it much in 2024 because walking a mile everyday became my workout…. but in the winter months when i am stuck inside i always revert back to her!

Treating:

99 cent cappicinos at Casey’s, bought some things on amazon i had been waiting to pull the trigger one – more glass straws, softlips ( the last time i bought in bulk it just lasted me 10 YEARS, a new printer that ACTUALLY works and connects all the time. HALLELUJAH
