Stuffed Crust Homemade Pizza

Kyle and I have made this pizza crust for probably 3 years and feel we have this down to a science. Don’t be afraid of the yeast at all it’s not hard. The crust is so easy and delicious we used to make this weekly and now lately we have been making it every Sunday lunch that we don’t go to families houses. I get all the ingredients prepped and Kyle makes the masterpiece. Truly one of our favorite things to make together

1 package of active yeast(2 1/4 tsp)
1 tsp sugar
1 cup of warm water

Mix them together with a wood spoon and the let it set in the warmest room for 10 minutes. Stir again and add:

2 TBSP of oil
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups of flour

Throw it in the KitchenAid with the bread hook. Dough will come together. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Let dough rest another 5-10 minutes. Roll it out like you roll pizza. If stuffing crust, pull apart mozzarella stick and roll crust dough around it.img_1657

Melt a half a stick of butter with ranch seasoning and garlic powder and brush crust with it.

We use ranch as the sauce so spread ranch evenly on pizza.

Ours is half Canadian bacon half chicken/bacon so we cut up cooked bacon and chicken and throw it on one side and take pizza Canadian bacon pieces and put it in the other.

Throw on top your favorite cheese. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes

Enjoy!! We just love this pizza and it 100% competes with Casey’s for us which is saying a lot. We love cooking together and perfecting our favorite recipes.
